Nature tends towards balance. In the absence of human intervention ecosystems and populations of flora and fauna self-regulate, correct and adapt to new circumstances. And in essence, human beings are also part of nature.
This program aims to seek a connection with nature through experiential learning, and from this point, reconnect with oneself and with others, thus finding the tools to navigate these complex times.
Tierra Sabia is a training program created in response to those individuals who want to grow and have an impact on the community, society, and the world through their contributions. It has been designed in partnership between "Easy Day," "Fundación Germina," and "The BioLeadership Project," and the second edition will take place from May 9th to 12th, 2023 in the spring.
What I am going to find:
A privileged space and time to reconnect with oneself.
An experience to build new relationships with oneself, with other leaders in the social field, and with nature.
A combination of physical (flexible and adaptable to each person), intellectual, and introspective activities.
An exceptional natural environment.
Leadership tools focused on different disciplines.
Respect and flexibility for different learning rhythms.
A unique time to disconnect from the noise of daily life, "offline," without readings or case analyses, nor certificates.
