Helping the team to grow as a company for a fairer food system

In 2020 we started working with the brilliant Better Food team. Better Food is an ethical, organic and super responsible food retailer, based in Bristol, courageously working to create a better food system. 

This year we supported the team with a deep learning journey, exploring questions about how to evolve as a company and how to navigate the complexity of this time. This was deepened in a beautiful retreat held in collaboration with the great folks at Embercombe. 

Going forward, the intention is to continue working with Better Food with questions about how to grow in a different way, inspired by nature, helping to transform the food system from the ground up.
